....put it outside dumbo. No need to kill unnecessarily. Put it outside were it belongs and it will stop bothering you. I can't stand it when people insist on killing as the best solution. It's just a poor, innocent, helpless animal, he can't help what he has to eat to survive, what did he ever do to you?! We need to start helping some of the animals that are heartlessly being killed every day by people like you. Every innocent life counts! just because they are small doesn't mean they are any less important!
(and could you possibly thing of an any more cruel, slow and painful way to kill an animal?)
usually they do drown, maybe yours has superpowers, or really small scuba diving gear.
note: a simple flea trap involves a saucer of water with one drop of dish soap so they can't use the water surface tension to walk around the surface <
